(GOVT. PRESS SECRETARIAT); – As of this afternoon, the Ministry of Health confirmed that Samoa remains at 27 positive cases. Subsequently, all the 301 people including plus passengers, frontliners and the 27 in controlled isolation remain asymptomatic without any symptoms.
All front-liners in quarantines’ 3rd round of COVID-19 tests have returned negative. The same negative result was also confirmed for the rest of passengers-all negative.
Currently there is no evidence of a community transmission.
