More than 140 graduates received their higher learning certificates, diplomas and degrees this morning at the University of the South Pacific graduation.
The Prime Minister and Cabinet Ministers attended the ceremony at Mulinuu.
Father Eteuati Vui Lapa blessed the occasion with a short prayer service and the EFKS Vini Fou choir sang the graduation songs.
The welcoming address was made by the Pro Chancellor, Mr Winston Thompson and the University Address was given by Vice Chancellor and President, Professor Rajesh Chandra.
Conferring of Degrees and awarding of Diplomas and Certificates was executed by Chancellor and Prime Minister of Cook Islands Hon. Henry Puna.
