Samoa has been recognised with an award for satisfying the World Food Summit Goal “to eradicate hunger in all countries, with an immediate view to reducing the number of undernourished people to half their present level no later than 2015.
With less than 90 days to go before the Commonwealth Youth Games kick off in Samoa, the Chief Executive Officer of the Commonwealth Games Federation, Mr David Grevemberg, will be in Samoa from 9-11 June to meet with Samoa’s Organising Committee and tour the games facilities.
