The Minister of Finance, Tuilaepa Sailele Malielegaoi, delivered the Budget Address on the First Supplementary Budget Estimates 2015/2016 on Tuesday 15th December 2015 in the final Parliament session for the year at Tuanaimato.
“Sustaining Partnerships in Health – The Samoan Way” speaks volumes. I am convinced that for far too long we have imitated and inherited imported forms of development, lifestyles, ethics, food, dress, thinking, etc.etc. Over the years these have taken a toll of the vitality of our own ways, of our pride in our Samoaness, our self-confidence and self-respect.
